Ariz. County Sued by Retailer Over Fireworks Ban

The trio — TNT Fireworks, Ed Parker and Tim Davis — will ask a Superior Court judge this afternoon for a temporary restraining order blocking the outright ban, and seeking a host of remedies, including clarifying that the county may not ban the actual sale of consumer fireworks, even if it can regulate the use of many of them in times of fire hazard.
