Canadian leads effort to remember U.K. fire victims

A Canadian woman whose family was scarred by a horrific fire 81 years ago in Britain has spearheaded a remembrance campaign that will see a long-belated memorial finally erected to the 15 victims of the tragedy, including her own 12-year-old cousin.
