LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) – A Lexington woman has died in a house fire that officials say was difficult to fight because of medical oxygen tanks in the home. The Fayette County coroner’s office identified the woman as 62-year-old Lillian Lewis, who was found on the floor of the home’s den.
