The accident happened late Monday afternoon — when rescue workers said for some unknown reason, she slipped and tumbled down. When crews arrived shortly after 7:30 p.m., it took them quite some time to locate the woman, Ross Kelly, Battalion Chief with the Bakersfield Fire Department said.
