Canyon County Coroner Vicki DeGeus-Morris has tentatively identified one of the victims in a deadly house fire in Melba Tuesday. She was able to visually identify the woman as Konny Musil. She lived in the home with her 45-year-old twin sister, Kathy Musil, who is believed to be the second victim found in the home.
