LORAIN — Two Lorain men were charged Wednesday with setting four fires in their own neighborhood for entertainment, police said. Michael Agosto, 27, and Joseph Romero, 22, both of North Central Drive in Lorain, were charged with four counts of arson and four counts of breaking and entering after they were arrested by the U.S. Marshals
